Wordpress website support

Can you only provide this service for WordPress?

At current we are only able to provide our concierge WordPress care plan services for the WordPress platform. We specialise in the WordPress platform, and it would be unfair for our clients if we provided support for other platforms that we don't specialise in. We feel that supporting a platform that we don't 100% understand is not cool and we would hate to be uncool. If your website has been built on another platform reach out to us, we may know someone who can support your website.

Is there any lock-in contracts for these services?

While we do not lock you into our concierge services, we do however ask that you stick with us and see the benefits of protecting your website. Your website is the central point of your marketing strategy and if you let it fall into decay your effectively telling your visitors that you don't care about them. Website's that are not regularly maintained can cause your website to perform slowly and prompt visitors to leave your site. What happens if I run out of included design or development time?

If you run out of included design or development time on your account you have two options. You can either pay the standard hourly charge for the work required on your website or you can purchase a pre-paid block of time which are available in 5, 10, and 20-hour blocks.

Please note pre-paid blocks of time have a 365 day expiry time and are charged at a discounted rate. Back end development time is charged at 1.5hours per hour. This means for example 2 hours of backend development will use 3 hours of your pre-paid time block.

What happens if I cancel my support plan?

If you cancel your care plan we will pause your account in our system for a period of 30 days. After this time any backups and data collected from your account will be destroyed. As our backup system is proprietary we cannot transfer your backups to you. We recommend making sure you have backup software on your website and actively operational at all times. Please note we do not guarantee that there will not be data loss with any backup we perform, however, to date we have not had any backups fail to restore accurately.

What if I don't understand my monthly report?

Sometimes your monthly report may not make sense or you may notice something out of the ordinary on it. As we offer transparent service with all of our care plans all you need to do is contact us via email or telephone during business hours. We are more than happy to help you understand your reports and assist you with strategies where required.
